Each hand-built piece is designed to express a unique sculptural form combined with practical use, amplified through the intense multi-day process of being fired in a 2300 degree gas reduction kiln. No wheel and minimal electricity used to create these stoneware objects, the surface area can be painted, carved, or left raw. Coming from a fine art sculptural background, the work is intended to be inspirational as well as functional, lasting for generations.
